Hello, I just bought the car Saturday with 23 miles on it, Today I noticed a ding and then A "Transmission Error" or "Transmission Fault" message pop up for what seemed like a split second. The message below said something to the effect of "You can continue to operate the vehicle normally" or something to that effect.

Any insight into this would be great and much appreciated.

 

Get back to the dealer asap for the transmission, can't say for sure about the ding. I park carefully, and do a walk around my car prior leaving anywhere.

 

I've had the same exact error message and issue. Message shows up randomly, twice now, then quickly goes away. I called the dealer where I bought it from and they had no idea. Told me if it happens again, to bring it in. I'm assuming you have the CVT tranny?
