Hey guys, I think the dealer lied to me, and now I am scared of the concequences I might face. As I was signing the lease agreement at the dealer, I noticed that the bank that I was signing with was Volkswagon Financial.

The Finance Manager told me that all cars leased from Audi are signed with Volkswagon Financial, and all cars financed from Audi are signed with Audi Financial Services.

So I ended up signing my 2009 Audi A4 Lease with Volkswagon Financial.

Was I lied to? Now what? What are some of the concequences that I might face later?

 

Don't worry a bit. Volkswagen owns audi so they share a lot of common services. Even if that were not the case, any auto makers finance arm can finance another automkers vehicle if they so desire.

 

Yea thats what i experienced when i bought my car. I bought it used from a guy and he said in order for me to obtain its title i have to pay it off to audi financial.....seemed kinda sketchy to me but it was a deal i couldnt refuse, so i contacted audi financial and said i had to make the check to volkswagen???? WTF was that but at the end all worked well.
