B8 A4 traction control grinding sound
Hi All,
Is anyone aware of an issue (which apparently affects a range of models) where something in the traction control system turns on briefly while driving on smooth dry roads? It sounds like a grinding sound - exactly like the TC if you swerve back and forth and force it to engage.
It usually happens on sweeping bends, and I have been informed by my local dealer that it has to do with the camber sweep and speed of the road at the particular location and there is nothing wrong with the system. It does tend to happen on the same stretch of road here.
Can anyone confirm this "diagnosis"? Let me know if anyone needs more info.
Thanks
