Bluetooth Glitch - stuck on "Note - Please Wait"
I have a 2009 A4 with the 'Audi Symphony" stereo, and no navigation. My phone has been successfully connected via bluetooth for a long time. On the way in to work this morning, I made a call and it worked great. On the way home, it didn't. My phone was still connected to the bluetooth, but when I click 'Mode' on the steering wheel and get to the phone screen it says, "Note - Please Wait" I waited. Nothing. When i make a call from the phone, the music volume lowers by about 75%, and the person on the other end of the call can hear me just fine, but I cannot hear them at all. No sound from the phone. When i click the "Tel" button, the screen displays the same message, "Note - Please Wait". I have an iPhone 6, and made no changes/updates to the phone during the day.
I've tried:
- Turning it off and on again, both my phone, and the car.
- Resetting factory defaults in the car's Phone Settings
- Removing the audi from the list of paired devices on my phone and then re-pairing the phone.
- Pressing Settings+Center-Dial-Button+Top Right Button simultaneously to attempt to reset the MMI. This does not reset the MMI on my model. It does nothing.
- A loud string of verbal commands (aka: expletives). No response.
- All of these things again, in a different order.
Does anyone have any ideas that my help?
Thanks!
