Does this look right? Reason for P2279 code?

Hello,
Over the past four months, I have noticed issues at high load with the engine stuttering. I then had a PCV fail, which caused a loud whistling noise. I replaced the PCV, and the whistle went away, but the car continued to lag at high loads with it going into limp mode on a few occasions. After some research I decided to clear all adaptive settings via my ross-tech hex can. The car drove fine for about a month and a half until today. I had a check engine light and scanned it to receive a P2545 Torque management system, P0171 system too lean, and P0507 idle control system higher than expected. I saved and cleared these codes then drove the car. I then had a code for P2279 Leak in Air Intake System.
I have also recently replaced all of my plugs as well as coil packs.
Looking for any advice or anyone that has had similar issues, The car no longer stutters or lags under high load.
