Hello, I've had corrosion in my ECU which is now replaced and cloned. Now I'm having to replace the ECU connector itself as there are some damaged pins inside it.
Is it possible to replace this connector housing? I was told by Audi that it isn't. My local car electrician suggests I buy an identical connector with cables inside it and he will cut my cables and solder them to the "new" ones. Is that the best course of action?
