Gas door won't open

Default Gas door won't open
I just filled up the car yesterday and today went out to put some FI cleaner in and the filler door won't open. Has anyone had this problem and how did you get the door open without breaking it.

OK got it. I ASSUMED the car was unlocked and it was not.
