Gas Question.
No im not using 84 octane, I was just wondering what gas station you preffer and if there are any significant gains from using certain gases. I usually use the Shells V-Power and wondering if the Sunoco Ultra 93/94 what ever is local to you makes a difference. For those in Canada does Petro Can make a difference?
Also I dont get it is "Sport" mode just another way of getting it to redline automattically rather then trip-tronic?
Another question once I Hit about about 70-80kms I throw it in Trip and plop it into M6 it drops the revs and thats when im just crusing nothing special. Does that intern save me any gas by lowering rpms the gas used per km rating shows a decrease in useage I just wanted to know of any negatives?

Any "tier 1" gas will be fine and most others are likely just as good. The sport mode simply changes the shift program to allow for higher RPM before shifting.
70-80kms...kilometers per second??? That's pretty fast.
I would assume if you are in sport shift mode, that will keep you out of top gear much longer than regular auto. Lower RPMs will mean less wear and tear and less fuel consumption.

99 RON is what we use here. Only available from a highstreet supermarket weirdly! Either that or Shell 98 Super Unleaded. Is that all you get over there 84?!

99 RON = 94 octane in US standards.
Some places carry 94 octane (ie. Sunoco), but the "supreme" in the US is typically a 93 octane.
I don;t know if you can even buy 84 anymore. 87 is the lowest I see in Indiana.
