Im looking at 3 Audi A4's 2013 , 2014 , and 2015

both the 14 and 15 have 26k miles and are manuals and premiums going for 25k

The 2013 is a premium plus with 35k miles. going for 20k

Is there any difference in body or anything else?

which is the best option?

I test drove the 14 and fell in love with audis. just not sure if there are any differences in years.

You probably made your decision, but the 13-14 are B8 body style and the 15 is B9. Not a lot of changes visibly that I can recall. There are differences in the premium vs premium+ option package. Easiest thing is to go to the Audi site and build one to see what the packages include. It may not be 100% accurate, but it gives you most of the info. I have the + and like it - it has all I need although fancier rims would have been nice (but I bought it used).
