Default Oh look, more oil pressure issues

Oil consumption issues were fixed under recall at 70k. Timing was done at 105k along with cam follower plate. EPC light comes on almost every time I rev the car out, specifically 4th gear. Once car is up to temp I also get “low oil, turn off engine and check oil level” which we are fairly certain is because of the hood latch censor malfunctioning. Diagnosis being that the hood being open doesn’t appear on the dash, and for some reason the oil level relay is intertwined with the hood latch. I’ll add that I have never actually gotten a “low oil pressure” warning, only the low oil level and the EPC light which puts my car into limp mode when it goes off, and it doesn’t consistently happen either. Some days I can beat the **** out of the car with no issues, other days I try to merge onto the highway or the car will downshift going down a hill and it’ll trigger it. Had code for underboost (wastegate failure) which was fixed with a turbo replacement and we thought the EPC/limp mode might have been because of that, however under further inspection we realized the car has low oil pressure at idle, but anything above idle it’s totally fine. PCV looks fine, the diaphragm isn’t torn. Assuming pump is fine since it builds pressure except at idle. Oil pressure censor and oil level censors have both been replaced I’ve read that it could be blockage in the oil cooler, and that the intake cam could be worn. My mechanic is stumped as am I. Any ideas?
