That seems overly strict. I would seriously consider consulting with another dealer, since it seems that the warranty is ultimately through an Audi branded policy from a 3rd party.

can you explain that? I know I have a extended warranty that is from a 3rd party and they are following the warranty policy that is given to new audi's, like manufacturer warranty?

I also want to thank you & 1Avant for the information you two provided.

No problem! Most extended warranties are handled through a 3rd party provider. Insurance companies will bid for the contract, and whoever is chosen will actually handle the warranty claims. It sounds like with the policy that you have, Audi has certified the vehicle, and the insurance company handles issues that may arise. To assume the least amount of risk, the insurance company will generally follow the same rules and regulations that Audi puts in their original plan. Typically the insurance company will modify this so they are not on the hook for wear items like suspension that have a greater risk of going bad then something like a starter motor or a waterpump.

I asked him that even if i buy genuine audi headlights that are xexon headlights to replace my current halogens, would it still void my warranty and he said yea. So basically I agreed to a 3year 38k Mile extended warranty in which i wasn't told how much it was going to cost me "$3k" and can't do anything to my vehicle even though it's being financed I would still like to be able to make something of my car.

Then when I asked him what i can do to my car, he laughed and said "I don't know" and i was told he would know what i can and can't do. Then i asked him what if i Tinted my windows and he say's "Yea". So i'm pretty pissed right now since i can't do **** to my car besides tinting it.
Your call but i would cancel the policy and request a full refund ( should be a clause for this to happen ) and go find another company.

After a long day I finally found out who the 3rd party is and it's a company called JM&A

Here is the link- JM&A Group - Welcome to JM&A Group!

I plan on contacting them and might also contact them to see if I can get a refund on me extended warranty.

EDIT: I called the 3rd party and found out that I can make changes to my vehicle but if something happens to the vehicle due to me changing the exhaust system then the warranty would be voided to whatever the problem may be.

So if I were to change my current exhaust to any of the good exhaust systems and after installing it completely it then happens to knock out the C02 sensor then the warranty for the C02 sensor would be voided. Certain parts of the warranty would be voided and not the whole thing.

EDIT 2: I called again and asked more about switching exhaust and was told i can replace my current exhaust with a cat back. Anyone know any good cat back exhausts? I also asked if i can get a refund for my warranty & was told "yes", so i am taking that into consideration. I was charged $3k for a 3 year warranty which is basically $1k a year for problems that may or may not happen. Also If i do decide to get my refund back then i can basically decide to buy another extended warranty but at the right price.
