I picked up a new 2011 A4 last week. Two small issues that I'm experiencing:

1) After shutting the trunk, sometimes the "trunk open" signal continues to flash. This can be remedied by opening the trunk again and slamming it shut forcefully. Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

2) Sometimes when I shut the sunroof, it will reach the closed position and then open again quickly, as if something is obstructing it. However, it seems to be clear.

Any comments welcome. Should I take it back to the dealer for repairs?

 

Take it back for repairs! I haven't had any problems.

I do know the side windows have a "pressure" sensor that detects if something is in the way and stops the window rolling up and reverses it (our crazy salesman stuck his arm in to show us). I imagine the sunroof has a similar sensor?

 

I had the sunroof issue recently as well, I just held down the guard for it it close. I don't open it much so I am not sure if it is a common problem.
