Default "Service Due" light

Can anyone advise as to how I might extinguish the "Service Due" annunciator that appears when starting and shutting off the engine. Can find no advice in the owners manual. Thanks for any help provided.

VAGCom cable I believe. I had my 15K oil change done by a local garage and they didn't have the VAGCom cable, so I had to roll with that miserable lights on for another 5K miles before I gave in and brought it into Audi.

there was a way to manually do it on the previous generations.im not familiar with the new cars, but on the dash (just to the right of the wheel) is there a set of three buttons including a wrench, "0,0" and "check?" if there is then i can help guide you through that
