Default Tons o' brake dust

I've got about 2100 miles on the 09' and still getting alot of brake dust. Seems like it ought to be calming down by now, but it hasent. Bad enough so when in wet conditions it splatters black stuff all over the nice white paint. Anyone else have this problem, wondering if maybe a different brand of brake pad?

Ahh...gotta love these German brakes. There are several manufacturers that produce "low dusting" brake pads but I have not found them yet for the 2009 A4. Does anyone know if the 08 and 09 models use the same brakes?

I was thinking of doing the brakleen hose down before having it washed. Dont think there would be any harm.

I was wondering the same thing. My hope was that it was due to the rain that we've been getting. I've had my car for a week and I already had to clean the rims and can see a bunch or brake dust on my glorious red paint. boo.
