Default Is the wheel spacer really safe?

Are there any hidden dangers in wheel spacers? I think everyone wants to know this question!
We know that Germany’s HR and Harman are the top brands that use flange modification, but this small modification is recognized in the eyes of Germans who pay attention to quality and safety, so the flange modification method is feasible.

I looked at the HR spacers and there was quite a range of widths. IMHO only, a narrow width properly torqued is probably acceptable for normal street driving. I would be reluctant to use spacers for high speed or track driving because of the extra leverage forces they would apply to the bolts and axles.
