Got a question about the wiper blades. Every time when I put the wiper lever to the one position the wipers swipe, and then it goes down but it is not in the home position, it is slightly above the home position for like 15 seconds then it goes down to the home position. Is that Normal. I have the 2011 A4, I am guessing it is the same for the 09 and 2010 A4 models. Do you guys experience the samething?

 

That is normal for the wiper system. When not in use the wipers "park" below the back edge of the bonnet to aid aerodynamics. Thats why you have the service position for the wipers so that you can lift them off the screen to clean it without them fouling against the bonnet's edge..
