Audi USA advertises a service contract on their website called Audi Pure Protection that is Administered by Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., which is a separate company located in Florida.

When I looked for reviews of Fidelity Warranty Services and their products all I could find were complaints from customers who had serious issues. None of these folks were Audi owners. They owned different vehicles.

Does anyone have firsthand knowledge of the relationship between Audi and Fidelity Warranty Services? Doe Audi USA just use Fidelity Warranty Services to administer their Audi Pure Protection product.

If anyone who has purchased Audi Pure Protection can share their claims experience with me it would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to purchase the Audi Pure Protection Platinum level service contract, but the negative internet posts related to problems with Fidelity Warranty Services has me concerned.
