You can get your paint code from the trunk and take it to an autozone or pepboys type store to get the paint.
They sell it in spray cans; most people do it that way. I'm sure there are write-ups on this forum if you search around.

Custom meaning they write their own files. There are a few major companies that write files for tuning; like APR, REVO, GIAC, Ultronics.
Then mostly independent shops load the files onto the ECU.
My front discs came from tirerack, and my rear discs came from Perfect Brakes.
I had a hard time with the rear discs, because I have quattro. ECS and a few other sites didn't have the correct size (even though they claim to).
