18" wheels rubbing

Default 18" wheels rubbing
I just put 18" rims on my 1992 audi 80

they are rubbing -- on bumps and when you hit the brakes.
is it impossible to fit 18s on this car???
can you modify the wheel wells or the tie rods?

Help!

If you want different rims I will buy those from you if you what to sell them. They're pretty nice.
