My 20V trans is starting to whine. I'm told it's pinion bearings. I have found an '01 6 speed from and S4.

Does anyone know if this will interchange with the 5 speed in the '91???

Or, do I need to go the rebuild route.

yeah it will swap but you need linkages, mounts, brackets, and spacer, and inners cv's but itll fit and be a huge improvement
