it broke down on me last week.I tested the ignition coil it had power going to
it but no spark comming out. i tried it the next day and it started. I made
it halfway home and it died again. i replaced the ignition coilit ran good for two
days then died agian this morning.when i went back a couple hours later it
started and made italmost home beforeit died again.

 

i ran it for an hour this morning then I drove it around untill it died again.
it went three miles then died. it restarted and made it back to the house.
i checked for spark out of the coil, all i got was a very small hard to even see
spark.

 

Alternator going bad possibly??? what about the plug wires?

 

i havent checked the Alternator

the plug wires all look good i didn't replace them but they look pretty new
bearly even dirty.

the Alternator belt broke a week or so ago i replaced it and now it
squeekes when i turn on the heater.

 

I took out the Alternator andhad it tested.
he ran the test five times it tested good each time.

the only sugestion the guy at oreillys had was take it to a shop.

 

How old is your fuel pump? could it possibly be cutting out?

 

I can hear the fuel pump when I try to start it up

it is not getting spark for some reason.
is their a sensor or module that would make it not spark?

 

I've had to replace my ignition control module before, could be that.
