when I start the car it does its initial rev and when rpm's come down, car starts to spit and sputter sounds like it backfires in manifold. I can turn car off and restart and all is fine runs smooth. Sometimes i can be driving down road and when I slow down and come to a stop, the rpm's go way down and sometimes the car stalls any ideas ??

I have the same problem. Still trying to figure it out. i replaced the mass airflow sensor last fall and it seemed to go away, but now it's back. I just came out of the garage and unplugged the connector that goes to the throttle body, and at least it idled smooth. I didn't drive it though. So, I'm thinking it's between the throttle position sensor or the throttle body all together. Hoping some one on here can confirm for sure.
