So yesterday I came back from work and my hard struggled to turn on. It would crank and not turn on. I tried it 3 times before it finally turned on... the clock was reset... I found it weird but I just neglected it and went home, didn't use the care again since. Then this noon I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on... It would crank and crank and crank and nothing. The more I tried, the more the car struggled, and the cranking got really slow.

While in the ON position my sound system works fine, but when I try to turn it on, the dash lights dim and disappear... so IDK if it's the Alternator, the Battery, or maybe even the ignition coils that they recalled recently

sounds like it could be your battery. Once the car is running, if it drives perfectly normal until it shuts off, it's most likely the battery
