CEL is on, not sure what these codes actually mean. HELP!!

CEL is on, not sure what these codes actually mean. HELP!!
Ok my check enging light popped on today, so i pulled the codes with my scanner, im getting these 3 codes, ive already looked up what they mean, but they dont give me anymore specific details about what they are, if anyone could please help me on what needs to be done to fix this problem, please help
P1128 - Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank1 System too Lean
P1130 - Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank2 System too Lean
P1606 - Rough Road Spec Engine Torque ABS-ECU Electrical Malfunction[/align]
