Took a picture of my dash. I have an alert showing and I figured it was because I needed an oil change. I just got an oil change a few days ago and the light never went off. Does anyone know what this light is? (the top one in yellow). Also, I do know there are lines going through it. I figure it may be a short but I just never took it anywhere to get it fixed yet.

If I remember correctly thats telling you to refill your wiper fluid.
The lines are because your lcd screen has alot of bad pixels. It just needs to be repaired/replaced. It doesnt hurt anything.

 

That is the low washer fluid icon. Reservoir should have been filled during the oil change service. If it was, just means the level sensor is faulty. If it wasn't filled, shame on whoever you had do the oil change....
