Default looking for clarification, possible bad TCM but also no start

So a few days ago I bought my first Audi. 2007 A4 2.0T CVT. I like it and knew it had some issues to work through. So PRNDS has been flashing since I got it but it drove fine for a couple days. no issues. Woke up one morning and went to work out, came home, showered and ate breakfast then went to leave for work and the car wont crank or start. I turn the key and nothing. The lights do not dim and I'm sure I can hear the fuel pump priming. My first thought was its probably fuse, relay, or starter related but I was thinking about the PRNDS which I've read is a TCM issue and the check engine light is on so I get my code reader and check codes first. The codes I got are:

P0706 Transmission range sensor circuit/performance

P0722 Output shaft speed sensor circuit no signal

C0702 The DTC Definition in not available

I've heard the issues with limp mode and such but can a bad TCM cause the no start issue? Any suggestions on troubleshooting? Like I said I did not have any issues for a couple days.
