Navigation Initialize problem.

Navigation Initialize problem.
Dear all.
I have A5 Sportback. i has problem on my navigation system.
Whenever i start a car, my navigation system is being initialize.
Turn off the engine and 5 min later, if i start again, Navigation is initialize again.
i visited Audi Service Center, but they mentioned they couldn't find any problem.
if you know, this kind of problem and solution, please let me know.
