oil warning light come on a week after topping it up
What's up Guys, I filled up my a3 with engine oil after the warning light came on and roughly a week later the warning light came on again and I had to top it up. I've had a look under the car and see no visible signs of oil leakage, anyone know what could be up?
There are several reasons:
1 reason.
If the oil level light stays on even after changing the engine oil, you should check the sensor first to rule out a malfunction as the cause. Dirt and other particles can enter the oil pump, causing the sensor to falsely identify oil problems.
this information i find it https://www.cdmc.ca/2019/10/09/why-i...er-oil-change/ advice is working and useful
2 reasons. (I really hope it's not her).
The engine consumes oil, contact the service center as soon as possible.
