Default P0303 - Help!

Hello,
My check engine light came on today, went and had it scanned and it was P0303. Misfire on the 3 Cylinder. Is this something that I need to be concerned with? Any idea what caused the misfure?
Car is a 1996 Audi A4 Quattro with 196k
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

If you are getting a misfire one of the things I change first is the spark plugs. If that doesn't do the trick, try replacing the wires. there could be other issues, but this is what I would check first.

Good luck, check the wires carefully. I had a little nick in one of mine and was causing the engine trouble.
