Default ATLANTIC AUDI-WEST ISLIP NY STAY AWAY!!!!

This dealership from the beginning has lied and been very sneaky. The used car salesman from the start was a liar. I bought a CPO car from them...had the car 3 weeks and found out after i thought I had a flat that the front rim was bent on the car. So i took it to the dealer who called me later in the day to say that 3 rims were bent on the car. They accused me after having the car for three weeks of bending them. Now they expect me to pay over 1k toreplace the three rims. I'm being taken for a ride and refuse to pay anything. This dealership is better off sellling their Nissans and Hyundai's not getting involved with Audi.

I had the same horrible experience with Atlantic Audi of West Islip. Just bought a 2009 CPO A4 Avant. The car was missing the rear window switch, engine light on within the first week of delivery, a foot long dent on trunk lid which was hard to detect because of paint touch up, suspensioin noise, missing tool kit, etc. Most of the issues were fixed under warranty from Jack Daniel Audi which is local to me. But the sales manager from Atlantic Audi flat out refused to be responsible for the trunk lid dent accusing me of causing it. I'm having Audi USA to step in and help settle the dispute.

I truly do not think they like to sell CPO vehicles. The sales lady even told me this that it cause them more headaches to get the vehicles certified.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ATLANCTIC AUDI HAS BEEN UNTRUTHFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUYING PROCESS AND I TRULY REGRET GETTING THE CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEY LIE AND IGNORE YOU ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY. TRULY SHAMEFUL AND DISGRACE TO OTHERWISE FINE AUTOMOBILES.

Default Good to know

Thanks for the info. I was actually considering them as a possible dealer as I search for a CPO A3
