Check out all the negative service reviews in YELP since the "New" service manager took over, I still recommend Audi Pacific for their sales and parts dept.. This one's for upper management who tried to make me the problem instead their in ability to diagnose and repair my Audi. Unfortunately, I still have friends that work there and am sorry for them to have to suffer thru this embarrassment.
For those of you who didn't know the 3 C's
Complaint= Uneven tire wear...
Cause= Service manager's response, "I don't know I wasn't there when it happened"
Correction= Perform alignment for unknown reason?
This info is required by the BAR and the condescending response from the service manager really flies against "Truth in Engineering"
