I agree with a41.8 blue. Bell Audi in Rahway is the most unprofessional, dirty, incompetent service dealer I've ever encountered in my 30 years of owning cars. Their incompetence casued irrepairable damage to my car which up to that point ran fine. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. I take my car/car care VERY seriously and I feel like all my careful maintanence for the last 5 years that I've owned the car was flushed down the toilet because I brought to Bell Audi in Rahway once. That building is a dump--theres water leaking form the cieling into plants that they set up, the "food" they put out has flies on it and who knows how old it is, the carpet's dirty, their technicians and desk people look like they need a bath. I hate to say that there's a correlation between what a place looks like and the service you get, but in this case, it's true. There's not one redeeming thing I can say about that place. I hope you get your asses sued one day.
