Bought an 04 A8 in a private sale two weeks ago. Had a problem with thr trunk lock and took it to Cherry Hill Imports in NJ. Car sat on the lot for 5 days without them looking at it. Since I didn't buy it there they couldn't car less about me. Took the car to Willow Grove Audi and Jim the Service Manager treated me like a king. They fixed the problem right away. Had to order a part and gave me a loaner car. I would never take my car back to Cherry Hill. Willow Grove has a customer for life!

 

yeah....i live 15 minutes away from cherry hill and 30 minutes from willow grove which used to be huntington valley...and i stil take it to them...cherry hill is one of the worst dealer ever...
