Default 2006 Audi A4 2L TDI Acceleration/Stuttering Problem

Hi. I just bought this car and before i could drive it i had to change the oil pump and turbo. Now thats all done I can't seem to accelerate properly, it takes forever. I slam the gas pedal and the car slowly moves to 20mph and lingers, around 1000-2000 rpm. I then feel a shuddering/shaking sound/motion as the the car seems to bounce between trying to get past the 1-2k rpm. It does that in all the gears and once you eventually manage to get past 2k rpm it flies. There are no errors or anything coming up on the dash.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks
