Default Question...

I just used Meguiar's Color-X on my car. Is that stuff a polish or wax? If it is a polish, do I need to apply some wax to it now? Thanks.

Your in the wrong forum. How many Meguires related threads are you going to start? At least try reading the directions on the bottle.

I did. I'm 99% sure it's a polish/wax combination. I'm just a little paranoid about the car. Everyone comes to the forum to get help. Why can't I?

And this isn't specifically related to Meguiar's. I made it about polish in general.

Meguiar's Color-X is a very mild polish so you will need to protect the surface after use.

FWIW - if you only use Megs products you will get better product specific advice from Meguiars on line.com (MOL)

Then why did you originally post this in the A4 section? It should be put in detailing. You dont get good help because you ask off the wall ****. People get help for their AUDI here. This isnt a forum that revolves around detailing, polishing, waxing, etc. Your questions should be directed to the manufacturer of the product you are using, not using it ON. Get it??

It's a surface filler, with slight polish.

Thanks for the help everyone.

And onepoint8tee,

Please don't throw a fit, I was trying to get some response there because the detailing area just doesn't have much activity. Sorry if we started off on the wrong foot. I'd like to do anything I can to fix the situation.
