Default Is a 100-Amp Draw OK? Should I Install?

I have a JL1000/1 Amplifier that I am considering installing in my 2004 S4. I am a little concerned though because of the abundance of electronics that are already in the car.The amplifierdraws approximately 80-100amps.Would this be safe to do? Any precautions I should take? Input / advice?

BTW- I don't need any audio-related advise or opinions, just electronics.

Thanks!!
