Just purchased used car. Signal flashers were working fine the first week, then would flash fast, then not flash, then work normally. Now they don't flash at all and the light in the dash stays solid green. Emergency Flashers have worked and are working fine without issue. Any ideas? I have not checked any bulbs yet.
