Default 2002 Allroad Turn signal stuck on

My car flooded after some heavy rains. I had 2 inches of water on the driver side floor board from and back. I temporarily lost control of the central door locking mechanism. Then I noticed that the flashers would light up during acceleration then would turn off while not accelorating. Eventually the flasher stayed lit up solid all the time which killed my battery. I then looked up some forums on the issue and replaced the hazard flasher relay module with the red triangle button. The problem persisted and the lights remained on, but the lights did blink when I pressed the red button. The directional do not work so I had to disconnect the module so as not to kill my battery again. I then purchased a flasher switch h from Auto Zone for $12. It is a Novita EP35. (see link) http://m.autozone.com/autozone-mobile/en/parts/2002-Audi-Allroad-Quattro/Turn-Signal-Flasher/_/N-jhxahZ9cjef?id=6415 Does anyone know where this flasher goes? I removed the dash panel under the steering wheel and tried swapping it out with other modules, but none of them were 3 pronged like the one I purchased. Someone please help. I'm sick and tired of this issue.
