I am going to be a first time A4 owner this afternoon. It is coming with the Concert sound system but I am going to want my Alpine in there so I can have my iPod hooked up.

I tried searching for some answers but could not find anything related. Are there any issues I should be concerned about with hooking into the factory system with an Alpine CD deck? I can get the dash insert and wiring harness locally, but in the past I have had issues with plugging an aftermarket deck into a factory-amplified system.
