Tried to do a search but couldn't find the info, so thought I'd ask you guys.

Today when locking my A6 (2003) I noticed the indicator lights don't flash as they usually do when setting the alarm with the keyfob.
The LED inside the door ledge shows the alarm is set and blinks

When unlock/disarming the car, the indicators all flash as usual



Any ideas

Sounds like maybe the relay that the alarm brain triggers to flash the lights is stuck open or otherwise faulty.

 

any idea of its location
