Hey guys, I need some advice on what kind of speakers I should get for my 2007 Audi S4? The current bose speakers are good, but i want some more bass and umph to it. Also does anyone in the bay area know if theres any good audio shops?

u wont get tremendous bump with just swapping out speakers. u can always add a sub. start off by changing the headunit to a nice aftermarket one. keep in mind that u will be expanding and make sure uve got the inputs and line out wires for whatever u plan to hook up next. lmk if u have more questions, man

Oh ok. hmmm do you have any specific brands that would work well? Should I just take out the original speakerse in the door and add in aftermarket ones?? Or should i just add them on??? Also do you know if adding on aftermarket speakers will mess with my bose sound system??

no, 3 way is bad. the less "way" the better. u want components upfront and just a regular speaker in the back. Lazyjayz, im leaving for a week, but once im back i can help ya out. PM me, okay?

i think your misunderstanding me, i dont mean a 3way coaxial speaker. eclipse's 3 way components with seperate woofer, mids, tweeters and dedicated crossover.

i have the two sets of the two way components in my eclipse and it just screams, and matches thetype of music i listen to.my boss has the 3 way components in his 3 series and is definately at the top notch of speakers ive heard in a long time. you get a near perfect flat response out of them. if thats what your lookin for

a12gaugehug, what do you mean when u say you get a flat response?? Isnt the point of a good audio system to hear the highs and the lows??
