Default B7 A4 cabriolet. Program MFSW to aftermarket radio?

Hi,
So I have had my A4 for about 2 months, have done a lot of work on it to get it the way I want. I have been thinking about replacing the radio for a pioneer spa-da 120 or the like. I know is I can get a loom which allows it to work with my MFSW but I know the 'mode' and voice control buttons won't work as I have a red monochrome dash and a Audi symphony radio with no bt (and a cassette).

Is there any way for me to program or hardwire the MFSW buttons mentioned above to the radio? I think with the can-bus this will probably be difficult or impossible but I'm not giving up. Even if I have to pull the radio apart to add a wire.

It's more annoying than anything that the buttons don't work. I have found other threads that are asking for similar questions but as my new radio has Bluetooth can I link it. Even if I have to retrofit the bt system In and link them.
Have already put a fair few quid I to this car, I'm not afraid of more.

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Josh

P.s my first post so if I'm in the wrong part please point me in the right direction .

2006 B7 A4 cabriolet 2.0TDi 170. The dash has trip, bulb and level warnings etc if this helps.

@ThinkHail5827 did you make the switch? Are you happy with your Pioneer deck?

Sorry for being off topic. Maybe you or somebody else can help me. I'm searching for a new stereo. I've been reading reviews about Pioneer decks but they are useless hype. All the positives are covered and they rarely mention the drawbacks.
The AVH-210EX head unit landed on my short list. From all the blogs that I've read one stood out. The blogger was hyper critical about all brands and put me on the fence. Well this AVH-210EX review was OK until I've reached the shortcomings section.
How hard is to install these units anyways? Can I use my iPod classic with it?

Any tips?
