96 A6 2.8 runs great. Today got to work turned car off locked it then alarm went off. Turned around used key in lock to turn alarm off. Looked and battery light check engine and brake were lit. Brake light always on cause need brakes and check engine need tps and egr. But that is besides the point. Any suggestions?.

 

Well I was told to get a vag com. I replaced the instrument cluster and that was the problem. Thanks for the help. Oh and I havent even used the vag com cable.

 

What is the actual mean of Battery light goes on after key is removed?
I want to know completely about it,
