I'm having some issues with my MMI. The voice learning feature doesn't appear, the driver's window 1-touch up doesn't work and I can't get it to show the software version number. Some of the buttons on the console are hard to push, I suspect the previous owner spilled something.
I've pressed the 3 buttons to reset and nothing happens. Car is running and in park. Also tried to get to the hidden menus and no luck. There are some menu items that don't show up at all, as well.
Any suggestions?
