Daily SiriusXM subscription update notification
I bought my A5 Sportback Premium Plus at the end of February. About 6-8 weeks after buying it, the MMI started showing a window about my SiriusXM subscription has been updated (requiring clicking OK) on starting my car. This isn't every time I start the car, but usually once a day, sometimes twice. This started during the 90-day trial subscription, and continued when the free trial ended and transferred over to my regular SiriusXM account (transferred from my previous car).
SiriusXM had me refresh the signal, call their phone tech support, and said since the radio is getting the stations, it's not a SiriusXM problem, it's an Audi problem. I had my car at the Audi dealer a few weeks ago and asked them to check on this. No error codes, no TSBs. They did a reset of the system (not full erase to factory settings), but the problem continues.
Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution? Thanks.
I'm tempted to cancel my SiriusXM subscription to see if that does anything.
