Double Din DVD head unit, does it fit in a 03 A4?

Double Din DVD head unit, does it fit in a 03 A4?

I want to get a head unit that plays DVDâ€™s, I think a double din like this one http://www.crutchfield.com/S-8KTLekl...500IVAW205#Tab would look much better than a flip out one. But will it fit in an 03 A4 with no modifications?

looks just like what ive got goin in my A6. yes a double din will fit in just fine, youre good. lmk if uve got more questions

yea, youre good to go, man. you may need to get that plastic trim that goes around it. that depends on the model of the dvd player. most come with that already. also youll need the harness so you can plug it into the stock wiring, unless you plan to run all new wires for all the speakers.

I'd like to see a pic, as I want to get a double DIN DVD/Nav stereo and keep the existing Bose speakers & wiring. I know I can better the Bose, but it's mainly my wife's car and she is happy with the souns, but wants touch screen Nav.
