This past week I installed a Fiscon bluetooth Basic Plus system in my A4 (with the RNS-E nav unit) and after recoding with VCDS everything seems to work... the TEL functions on the RNS-E are enabled, the phone pairs and connects, the steering wheel buttons control the phone, I can see my phone book entries, etc.

There's only one problem -- as soon as there's a call active on the paired phone, or I try to stream music, the RNS-E mutes all the speakers. As soon as the call is ended or the music streaming stopped, the RNS-E unmutes the speakers. Frankly I've never seen a product do EXACTLY the opposite of what it's supposed to do quite in this way.

Clearly this is not normal. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?
