I imported an A6 Q 2.8L 1999 from USA to Canada.
I must modify it, so the headlights will be on, when ignition is On according local regulations.
Does anyone know how to modify the wirirng?

you could probably tap into an ignition sourced 12V source in the fuse panel. Use a voltmeter to find a source that is active only when the ignition is on, then route the power line through the firewall (ECU wire bundle is a nice spot).
