I have a 2001 TT and the cartridge is not staying down in the play when i put it in. I cant seem to figure out why not. I just bought this car and I have no clue what Im doing. I was wondering if there was a simple fix for this or would I need to take the car to a shop to get fixed.

Im somewhat car savy but some electronics throw me off
