interior red backlighting and red LED's dimming/not working

interior red backlighting and red LED's dimming/not working
The red LED's don't on the ceiling by my sunroof don't work and the red backlights in the center counsel don't work or are really dim, any suggestions?

for the center consoul push the + button on the instrument panel. should be able to adjust the brightness of the lights + being bright - being dimmer as for the lights by the sunroof not to sure why those dont work. Have u checked fuses:?
